1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To protect your safety, all credit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.net. You also have the option to use Amazon Payments and PayPal.
2. What if I am an international credit card holder?
We have strict processing requirements for international credit cards and unfortunately sometimes the credit card may be rejected. Our preferred method of payment for international orders is PayPal.
3. Can I call to place an order?
We are unable to take any orders or process any payments manually over the phone. If you are having difficulties with placing an order, please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
4. Why was my order flagged for Suspected Fraud?
We take every possible step to ensure your payment information is secure in order to protect your identity and guard against potential threats to your account. Perhaps you incorrectly entered the card number, expiration date, or security code? Or perhaps the address doesn’t match your account on file. Either way, if this occurs, your card will not be charged and you are free to order the product again without fear of being charged twice.
