1. Which case is right for me?
Best for the person who needs piece of mind that their device is protected no matter what. Active Series Cases have been independently drop tested to meet the Military Standard Specification.
Best for the person who likes a little style with a little protection. We combine a tough fingerprint-resistant crystal clear backing with our special ShockFlex impact-absorbing space-age polymer around the sides to keep your iPhone protected while in plain sight.
2. What is the warranty on your cases?
All our cases have a Limited Lifetime Replacement warranty. This covers an array of issues, but the main point is that if your cable stops working at any time during normal use we will send you one for free with very few questions asked.
3. Are your (Tech Armor) cases compatible with your screen protectors?
We have designed all Tech Armor screen protectors to be 100% compatible with all Tech Armor cases.
4. What does military tested mean?
Tech Armor Active Cases for the iPhone 6/6S and iPhone 6/6S Plus have undergone rigorous testing by an independent laboratory to meet the Military Standard Specification for Drop Test Survivability 810G 516.6. All Tech Armor Active Cases are certified to meet this standard. So... what does THAT mean?? These cases have been held at 48 inches and dropped 26 times in a row without sustaining damage to the tested device.
5. Do your cases work for the iPhone 6/6 Plus AND iPhone 6s/6s Plus phones?
We have tested all our iPhone 6/6 Plus cases with the new iPhones (6s/6s Plus) and can 100% guarantee that the cases are compatible with all models.
I HAVE A DIFFERENT QUESTION
What device do you sell cases for?
Currently, we sell cases for the iPhone 6, iPhone 6/S, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus. All of our screens protectors are compatible with all of our cases.
Do your cases have a raised edge to protect the screen?
Our cases do have raised edges so your device is protected when placed on a surface upside down. However, different cases have different types of protection so please visit the “Which case is right for me?” section for more on our different case types.
