1. How do I process a return?

We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase or you may have ordered the incorrect item. We want you to be completely satisfied, so we make the process as easy as possible to process your return/refund. We will take back any product purchased from Tech Armor in the first 30 days that is unopened and in sellable condition, no questions asked. (In an effort to improve our products and services, we do ask your feedback on why you are not happy, although this is NOT a requirement for your refund).

Please follow these steps below:

1. If the wrong item was purchased or you want to exchange your item (within 30 days of purchase), please return the unopened item to the below return address for a full refund. You may then reorder the item that you need. Again, please be sure that it your returned item is in new and sellable condition.

2. If you simply don’t like what you received and want your money back (within 30 days of purchase), please return it to the below address for a full refund. Please be sure that your returned item is in new and sellable condition.

3. If the package is opened and you tried to install the screen protector, you still have a chance to receive a free replacement and try again, please visit www.techarmor.com/replacements. If you still desire a full refund, please contact us at customersupport@techarmor.com to initiate a refund.

4. If you had an unsuccessful installation and/or you are just unhappy with the product, please contact us at customersupport@techarmor.com to initiate a refund.

NOTE: Do not ship back your broken screen or used protectors, we do not require this step for refund or replacement.

2. What is the return address?

Please send your return to the following address and be sure to include your order number and full name.

3. Who pays for shipping for returns?

Unfortunately, Tech Armor does not provide return postage. Customers are responsible for shipping their orders back to us for a refund.

4. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days from the time the order is placed and the customer is responsible for shipping orders back to us for a refund.

Amazon customers can initiate their returns from within their account. Log into your Amazon account and go to “My Orders”, then search for your specific Tech Armor order. Click on the "Return or replace items" button.

5. Do we provide RMA's?

No we do not. Please be sure to include your order information, including your name and order number for ease of processing refunds.

How long does it take to complete the refund?

Once your return has been received a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the refund once we have received your return.
